Deborah Andrews joined our Board of Directors during April 2014. Ms. Andrews has served as Vice President-Chief Accounting Officer of STAAR Surgical Company since 2013, and served as STAAR Surgical’s Vice President-Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2013, as its Global Controller from 2001 to 2005, and as its Vice President-International Finance from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Andrews previously worked as a senior accountant for a major public accounting firm. Ms. Andrews holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from California State University at San Bernardino.
